1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Dynaris AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Dynaris AI is an AI-powered digital workforce platform that provides:

  • AI agent design and deployment
  • Workflow automation across 400+ applications
  • Integration with Gmail, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Google Drive, Zendesk, and more
  • MCP server hosting and management
  • Team collaboration tools

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Registration: You must provide accurate information.

Security: You're responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Billing:

  • Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH/Wire (Enterprise only)
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Annual Plans: Available for Pro and Enterprise (2 months free)
  • Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee; prorated refunds for annual plans within 30 days

Plan Changes:

  • Upgrade anytime (effective immediately)
  • Downgrade anytime (effective next billing cycle)
  • Cancel anytime (service continues until end of current period)
  • Tokens do not roll over

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may NOT:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer our software
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure
  • Violate third-party terms of service

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Connected Applications: When you connect apps like Gmail, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc., we access only the data necessary to provide the service.

Your Responsibility:

  • You control which integrations are active
  • You're responsible for complying with third-party terms
  • You can revoke access anytime

Our Responsibility:

  • We're not liable for third-party service availability or security
  • Issues with external apps should be directed to those providers

7. DATA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Data: You own your data, workflows, and agents. We have a limited license to host and process your data to provide the service.

Our Property: All platform software, design, trademarks, and content remain our exclusive property.

Feedback: Any suggestions you provide may be used freely by us.

8. PRIVACY & SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime (Enterprise SLA)
  • Maintenance will be announced when possible
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Support varies by plan (see pricing table)

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "AS IS."

We are NOT liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or errors

Maximum liability: Amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

11. TERMINATION

By You: Cancel anytime through account settings.

By Us: We may terminate immediately for violations, non-payment, or fraud.

Effect: Upon termination, access ends. You may export data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Workflow Orchestration: Automate and manage workflows across multiple apps.

  • App Integrations: Connect with 400+ tools via Composio (Gmail, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, Notion, etc.).

  • Data Sources: Integrate Google Drive, GitHub, and other repositories.

  • Deployment Management: Deploy, monitor, and analyze AI agents.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To use Dynaris AI, you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email, organization, password, and billing details.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violating these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activities

  • Failed or expired payments

  • Inactivity exceeding 12 months on free plans

  • Legal or compliance reasons

4.3 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date.

4.4 Refund Policy

  • Monthly: No refunds for partial months.

  • Annual: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase.

  • Enterprise: Custom refund terms per contract.

4.5 Price Changes

We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use Dynaris AI to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.

  • Infringe on intellectual property.

  • Upload malware or malicious code.

  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or spam.

  • Reverse engineer or abuse system APIs.

  • Create or deploy agents that violate external service terms.

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Dynaris AI integrates with 400+ tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Notion, Shopify).
Use of these integrations is governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party availability, data loss, or API changes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in Dynaris AI—including software, algorithms, content, and branding—belong to Dynaris AI.
Users retain ownership of their data, workflows, and configurations.
Feedback and suggestions may be used freely by Dynaris AI without obligation.

8. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Dynaris AI’s data practices comply with GDPR and CCPA.
We implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring to safeguard user data.
Users can access, export, or delete their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

  • Uptime: 99.9% target availability.

  • Maintenance: Prior notice given 48 hours in advance when possible.

  • Support by Tier:

    • Hobby – Community

    • Starter – Email (48h)

    • Pro – Priority (24h)

    • Enterprise – 24/7 dedicated

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dynaris AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • Amount paid in the last 12 months, or

  • $100 USD.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynaris AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

  • By You: Cancel anytime via dashboard or support@dynaris.ai.

  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud, or non-payment.
    Upon termination, access ceases immediately; data can be exported within 30 days.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except IP or small-claims cases.
Class actions are expressly waived.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update Terms periodically. Significant changes are communicated at least 30 days prior to effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.

  • Severability: Invalid provisions are limited to minimum extent necessary.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our control.
